Payment must be completed prior to shipment of any orders. Usninjakitchen reserves the right to adjust prices if there are changes beyond our control after an order has been confirmed.

All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon by Usninjakitchen. In the case of returns, products must be unused, and the original packaging should be intact and undamaged. Usninjakitchen reserves the right to deduct 10% from any credit issued to cover processing costs.

Claims for incorrect, damaged, or incomplete deliveries must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods, quoting the relevant order reference number. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

When making a purchase, the buyer provides their contact details with the expectation of follow-up communications.
