Return & Exchange Policy
If you need to return an item for any reason, please ensure you retain proof of dispatch. If the returned product is lost in transit, we will assume it has not been returned. It is important to properly package returned items to prevent damage during shipping.
We can only accept returns or exchanges if the products are in a condition that makes them resellable. Returned items must meet the following conditions: a) unused, unopened, in their original packaging; b) undamaged; and c) returned within 14 days of the original delivery. If the return meets these conditions, we will offer an exchange or a refund. However, the return shipping fees to Usninjakitchen, as well as any re-shipping fees, will be your responsibility. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that we do not accept returns due to change of mind.
Refund Process
The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If you received:

- A damaged or incorrect item, we will refund both the product cost and the shipping fees.
- A product you no longer wish to keep, we will only refund the cost of the product.
Exchange Information
If the items being exchanged have different prices, please inform us how you would like the difference to be handled, either by refund or additional payment.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
You may return products that are damaged or faulty. If the product is determined by us to be defective, the standard warranty conditions will apply. You are responsible for following warranty guidelines. You will cover the cost of return shipping. If the item is found defective or damaged, we will send you a replacement (if available).
Once we have received the returned item and confirm the fault, we will refund the full product price and delivery charges to the original payment method.
Please note, you will be responsible for any shipping fees related to returning faulty products to Usninjakitchen. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
