Shipping Details
All orders for parts and accessories are shipped from our distribution center located in Auckland.

We offer FREE delivery across New Zealand, with most areas serviced by DHL. Deliveries typically occur between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on weekdays.

New Zealand Shipping

DHL does not accept 'Authority to Leave' instructions. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a notification card will be left, and your package will be taken to the nearest DHL hub for collection.

If the DHL tracking system shows your item as "Delivered," but you have not received it, please reach out to DHL directly using the contact details below.
